Anyone knows the difference between the Asus P7H55D-M EVO and the Asus P7H55D-M PRO?

I am going to purchase my mobo from frys in a couple of hours (I do not order mobo's online anymore... too high a risk; the rest of the system I do order online; RAM and CPU arrived yesturday, an intel i7 875K
)
Anyways, the Asus P7H55D-M EVO is a better CPU overclocker than the Gigabyte H55M-USB3, but frys doesn't carry the EVO, it carries the PRO and it carries the gigabyte board (as well as two other gigabyte boards that have very similar model numbers and are 15$ and 20$ cheaper)...
If the PRO uses the same superior VRMs then it is probably a better deal than the gigabyte.

Gigabyte's board surpasses ASUS by a slim margin for raw memory frequency, while the ASUS board appears to be a little more robust for heavier CPU loads and higher CPU freqeuncies (ASUS is using a 188 amp capable VRM vs a guessed 110~120amp VRM on the Gigabyte H55/H57 boards, so we'd pick the ASUS boards for Lynnfield CPU overclocking).
