P6T WS, P6T6 Rev, P6T7 Super, XEON, and ECC memory

Hello all:

I'm asking this all over town but does anyone have the following working:

Xeon W3500 or W3600 series
Asus P6T WS Pro, P6T6 WS Revolution, or P6T7 WS Supercomputer
ECC memory

If you have the above what processor number do you have?
Is there a bios option to enable/disable ECC?
Have you been able to verify ECC is working and if so how?

The answer I received from Asus is that the ECC function won't work with the W3600 or X5600 series. Wasn't clear if this was the across the board of just with the memory I am using.
