P67 Memory

Does Regular DDR3 dual channel memory like those used in the p55 mobos works with the new P67 chipset?? and will it be worth it if Im going to get the older P55 memory instead of newer ones??

It should, but Intel's recommended voltage is 1.5V +/-5%, i.e. no more than 1.58V and older modules tend to use more. Thus, one could undervolt, or hope that higher voltage does not break anything in longterm use. Depends on what you do have.
