P5W DH Deluxe - Storage tower with port multiplier to JMicron esata port?

If I connect an Addonics ST5X1PM storage tower with 5 internal drives (Look Here) via the JMicron eSATA connector on the P5W DH Deluxe will I be able to access all 5 drives in the storage tower as well as RAID the drives in the storage tower?
