Trying to find a cheap board to pair with intel 805, what are your thoughts, pro and con?

Looks like a ok board and some o'c feature, and I actually thought Via make good chipset.

I ahve the asrock PT880pro board and a 805. The only downfall is no cpu voltage adjustment.

The P5VD1-X is liek the asrock but does not support DDR2 BUT I juts was told the next Bios will allow the board to support the 9xx dual core chips and have adjustment to the cpu voltage.
