P5N-E-SLI bad 775 socket?

I just got a P5N-E-SLI mb from another trader and it looks like it's got a mashed pin. It's hard to see so I'll try and get a magnifier and maybe post a pic. Is there any fix?
 
I'll drop them a line but I have a hard time believing they'll replace a used motherboard. That would be great if I can't fix it.
