Howdy,
I'm sort of new to overclocking and I'm wondering about what northbridge voltages are safe when using stock cooling . I want to overclock as high as possible, on stock components. I've got an antec 900 case, which is supposed to have good airflow.

I currently have 37 (Celcius) degress on my MB, using asus probe, and 35 on the CPU on idle( I think load was about 56).

My E4300 is running stable at fsb 1333 and mem 667. I've got kingston hyperx 6400 memory so they should be able to run atleast at 800.

And if I've understood things correclty then, this could be becasue the NB needs more juice...

I've tried raising the cpu core and Vdimm but without any results...

So what do you people suggest can I up the NB voltage to try.. or should I get thermal past and a fan to the NB???....and maybe another CPU cooler... :S

Also I don't know if it's worht trying to push it any further...I get 9099 on 3d mark 06 with my 8800 GTS 640Mb...is it a crap score or????

Thanx in advance!
