P5N-E and USB

I can't use any of my USB devices with my P5N-E until Windows boots (can't use keyboard, can't boot to external hard drive, etc.).

I have the latest BIOS upgrade. USB legacy support is enabled in the BIOS, and I've changed the jumper to enable USB device wake up.

My biggest problem is not being able to enter the BIOS or control my boot loader with my keyboard.

Hate to bump my own threads, but I've tried e-mailing Asus and calling them (I was told that only USB 1.1 devices work, because Windows needs to load the USB 2.0 drivers).

Edit: I forgot to add, if I boot with hault on no errors set in the BIOS, I receive a "USB device Over Current Detected", and the machine reboots after 15 seconds.
