P5N-D won't let me overclock

I have been running my E7200 for two weeks at 3166MHz with no issues. It was Prime stable for 8.5 hours before I shut it down. I decided to turn the FSB up to 1600 and run Prime 95. Windows locks up 15 minutes later. No problem. I got back in the BIOS and set the FSB back to 1333 and boot up. CPUID tells me I'm at stock CPU freq. I go back into the BIOS and notice my FSB settings in the JumperFree section were rest back to AUTO.

My BIOS will no longer keep anything other than the AUTO setting. I can change other settings in the BIOS but that one keeps getting set back to AUTO. I tried loading setup defaults and going back to BIOS 0402. I also tried the jumper on the motherboard. I also upped the voltage to 1.275 which I didn't need before. None of it makes a difference. Can anyone savvy with the P5N-D board help a brotha out?

Looks like it will let me overclock. It just won't let me set the FSB to 1333 anymore. I ran Prime at 1400 for 30 minutes with no problems. I tried a few other FSB settings with no problems either. Weird sh!t.

When I get a chance, I'll do a long Prime run at the current settings and see if it's good. I'm not interested in big OC's. Just a little faster is all I need.
