Question P5K Se or P5QL Se?

I own both, but am using P5QL Se, since P5K Se works, but sometimes it turns on and after CPU fan spins it stops..
But... since P5K Se has more banks for RAM, but also is P35 and P5QL Se is P45, but with less banks of memory, with P5QL Se supporting FSB 1600 and P5K Se doesn't, do you consider I should use which one of them? No, I won't buy another platform, I need to know about it. Please!
