P5k-E Raid setups suggestions

i am getting the Asus p5k-e WiFi and 2 raptors (150 gigs) and 2 Samsung 500 gigs. Is there a way i can raid 0 the raptors for boot up and a few games BUT also have that mirrored. like a raid 1? I heard of Raid 0+1, but i had some questions.

Can i get any generic 300 gig for the backup of the raid 0?
 
nevermind, dont respond to this thread unless your interested, i am not going to use raid, jsut using 1 Raptor and 2 500 gigs
