Depends on what firmware it comes with. I've heard of the bios getting corrupted on boards with older FW that don't support the new 45nm chips.
My advice would be to pop in an older 775 chip, a cheap cely or something, to check the bios and flash it to the latest version to avoid problems.
If the box has the pink circle on the front that says "45nm Ready", you should be okay tho.
