I've seen several comparisons, and haven't found a single place that could actually show me the difference. Since their pricetag is more or less the same (atleast here), I say go for the cheapest one of those two at your reseller
The Premium is a "Black Pearl" special edition version of the Deluxe. It has a little better sound chip that is supposed to render voices more clearly, esp in games. As it's a spec. ed., it probably has a "pretty" PCB, as well. That's about it. MM
According to Asus the thermal is better on the premium and it has native 1333 support, has a few extra bios tweaks that the dlx doesn't have yet and includes two extra cooling fans and like Mad sais has a bit better sound.
So for $30 more it's not that big a deal, most like the two fans are $15 a piece.
