P5K Bios crash.

I have a P5K motherboard and my Bios did not flash properly, when I went to update it. So now when I turn on the computer it just turns on for 3 seconds, turns off, then turns on for 3 seconds and continues this loop.
I tried what it said in the manual to use the Asus CrashFree Bios 3 Utility both with the support CD and with the USB flash disk. It is not recognizing either of them.
I do not have a floppy drive installed but I can get one if that is the only way to get my computer back up and running.

Thanks for your time

I also cleared RTC RAM in CMOS. to no effect either. Still turns off and on for 3 to 4 seconds over and over.

Am I screwed or what. lol

If you corrupted the BIOS chip, you might need to hot-flash the chip (which I myself haven't done), or need to get a new BIOS chip from ASUS.
