whats makes it so much worst then a DS3 or P5B-e, why can't you achieve as high of a FSB?

My P5B vanilla E6300 does 520FSB with no problems at all. That's 3640MHz from a 1860MHz processor...a pretty nice overclock!

The P5B vanilla has only 3 voltage controls, vCore, vDimm, and...the other one I forget. I just set the vCore to 1.525v (1.44 actual) and let all the other settings on Auto. If you leave the vCore on Auto it boosts up the voltage too high, like 1.60v, so you must set it manually.

But frankly 1.44v is way too much for everyday use. I have dropped to 470FSB at 1.32v and she runs stable and cool (and at 4-4-4-10 timings.)

Most other overclockers would choose the P5B Deluxe because it has, 8-phase power; better cooling, more adjustments of voltage and other bios settings, better on-board sound, Raid, Firewire and many other things. The P5B-E has many of these same Deluxe features but has the 4-phase power design like the P5B vanilla.

Perhaps I just got lucky with a superior E6300 (pkg July 06) and terrific ram (Crucial Ballistix PC6400 4-5-5-12 @ 520MHz at 2.1v), but I couldn't be happier with my P5B vanilla. I originally bought a Gigabyte 965-DS3, but returned it after one day as I just didn't like it. It ran ok, but it seemed a bit flakey and not up to the standards of an Asus board to which I had become accustomed.

nb and sb must b hot like hell with this oc

It's a stock board, no mods. I'm not sure about the temps, but my m/b temp is 35c in SpeedFan and the nb heatskink is not warm to the touch. The sb felt fairly hot, but I've backed off to 470FSB for everyday use and everything seems cool and stable.
