P5B to ASUS P5Q Pro - will I need to reinstall the OS winXP

P5B to ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard.....

Going from a P5B to a P5Q Pro, What are the chances of NOT having to reinstall the OS winXP sp2, has anyone been able to do it or am I doomed to a reinstall once again?
I have a E6400 that OC to 3.0GHz but I am thinking of getting the special at Newegg with the E8400 and the P5Q.

Its best if you do reinstall the OC. You are going from one chipset to another and widows ties itself heavily to you motherboard drivers which will be differnt on the new board. There is a way to work around the fresh install but it doesn't always work. So its best to do a fresh install.
