P5B RAID config question

I'm just getting ready to build a system and am strongly considering the P5B Deluxe. But I've never built a system with RAID before. So here's my question (similar to one asked elsewhere). Can you have two separate RAID 1 arrays (e.g. 2 drives as one RAID 1 array and 2 others as a different RAID 1 array) on the southbridge? (I figured to leave the JMicron controller for an SATA optical drive.)
