P5B-E Raid

Hi, I am thinking of buying the Asus P5B-E, so I am doing some research first and first off I am a bit confused, it has 2 sets of raid controllers ICH8R and Jimicron, do you install both ? many thanks.

JMicron is there to provie IDE support ... Not sure if it raids sata & ide drive, but you should have plenty of RAID flexibility with the SATA contorller in the ICH8R. I'm pretty sure one cannot raid the drives attached to the different controllers.
