P5B Dlx wifi E6700 Corsair XMS 2xddr2-800C4 problems

I cannot get the board to recognize all 4 one gig sticks.
no matter where I put them.
each tests fine alone in slot3 like ASUS tech told me to do.
He also told me to clear cmos. I did.
Reset the needed values.
I set the memory to 2.1v and DDR2-800 in bios
Any hints or help?
