P5B DLX (non-wifi) or wait for P5B-E?

I'm planning to build a machine in the next few weeks based on following parts...

P5B DLX or -E
E6600 (minimal or no overclocking)
2gb Corsair ddr2-800
Nv 7950GT

I've read about every thread out there about the Asus P5B line of mobos, C2D cpus, overclocking, etc. and have decided Id' rather go with the 6600 over the 6400 since I'd be happier with that in the event I'm not able to overclock and maintain stability. What I'm not sure about is if it's best to wait for the P5B-E since I'd rather have the extra PCI slot over the Crossfire any day...plus its a bit less expensive. What's the deal with the new C2 chipset on this puppy?

On a related note...when does everyone suspect info on what mobos support the Quadro cpus will start to leak out?

Thanks,
M

Ok, I'm on the verge of going ahead and ordering the DLX. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't these the only advantages of the -E over the DLX??

-Price (Cheaper)
-Three PCI-E x1 slots vs One (Do any devices even use this anyway?)

I'm also wondering if the DLX is going to stand a better chance of supporting the quad cores when they arrive.

Thanks,
m
