P5B Deluxe/WiFi motherboard BIOS flash failed. What do I do?

I tried to update the BIOS to a newer 1236 version in hopes of getting my CPU (a Q6600) to recognize properly without the "press F1 to continue microcode error" showing up and now I can't boot the computer anymore.

I can't salvage the board can I?

If I do have to get a new motherboard, what are the recommendations of finding a new home for my Q6600 and 6GB of Corsair DDR2 800 sticks?

I would like to find one that has features that are the same as my old motherboard if not any better and newer features. I liked having the WiFi aspect of the board and the number of SATA ports as well as the eSATA port.

Did you try the BIOS recovery procedure at page 4-8 of the manual for that board?

No good. I am not even getting the screen to post anything. I tried the included CD and moved the ROM file to a USB stick.
