P5B Deluxe Hard Disk setup help?

I have a feeling I don't have the right driver and/or bios settings for my system to be correctly running my Seagate 7200.10 drive.

My average read speed is okay but my burst is 136 vs. 250 for the Anandtech test for this same drive.

What driver should I be using and are there any settings I can check?
