P5B Deluxe+E6300 Problem

i just upgraded to a P5B Deluxe motherboard for my e6300. everything was working great for about 5 or 6 hours then this morning the board posts fine, then seems like it abouot to boot form the hdd and then hangs at a blank screen. i tried booting off the windows cd and i get the same result. my memory is crucial rendition and works fantatstic. i really have no idea what to try here becuase everything postts great then it hangs just before it boots windows...any ideas?
