P5B Deluxe Canoot change FSB on E6700:(

hi everyone, i have this new system but seems that i cannot overclock my cpu. my bios is 8*** i just flashed it yesterday, and i turned AI to manual. I can change all settings in the jumper free config screen except the fsb value, which is 266.
is my mobo defective?

2. Set PCI Express (PCIe) frequency @100Mhz
3. Set PCI frequency @33Mhz
4. Disable Hyperpath 3 (for P5W DH only)
5. Disable any ?spread spectrum?
6. Disable Q-Fan
7. Disable ?Limit CPUID Max to 3?
8. Disable any overvoltage protection
9. Disable ?C1E?
10. Disable ?EIST?
11. Disable Virtualization Technology
12. Disable No-Execute Memory Protect
13. Disable any other thing you don?t use
14. Do not enable any speed enhancements you see

Ctrl+c/Ctrl+v from another thread on another forum but those are the settings you should be using.

u have to select the fsb first, then press enter, type in the new value for fsb, then press enter again
