p5b-deluxe and ultra-120 extreme -- will it fit?

I'll find out later when the hardware gets delivered, but looking at this pics, I wonder if the heat pipes on the ultra-120 extreme will hit either row of capacitors around the cpu socket. Here are two pics to show you what I mean:

It looks like there's more room if mounting the thing North/South and that users may have no choice but to do so. Anyone out there have some info?
 
There is a ton of room with my U-120, however I mounted north/south (I think, I mounted it in the normal position with the fan blowing air through the fins toward the exhaust fan on my case). Mounting the other way might be close, but the caps are so low compared to where the heatpipes start.
