The Asus manual says:
"RIMM4200 modules require use of 533MHz CPUs; therefore, do not use RIMM4200 modules with 400MHz CPUs."
Does it just say this so you don't buy a 400MHz bus CPU and then find out there is no offcial support for using it with your PC1066 mem 533MHz bus? You could always underclock the mem to run at PC800 speed with a CPU like the 1.6a, right?
I'm just wondering because if I bought a 1.6a and couldn't get it to overclock I'd still want it to run with the RIMM4200.
