Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to mix two different sizes of memory, say a 256MB and a 512MB stick. I know that you can run with just one stick, so I'm assuming you can also run two different sticks of the same size. Is this correct?

Yes, you can mix different RAM sizes. You don't need to have it in similar pairs like 16-bit RDRAM.
