How do you set the dipswitches to get this setup?

133MHZ FSB/3X RDRAM Multiplier/33MHZ PCI/66MHZ AGP

My manual is in Chinese (I live in China, don't ask.)

Grab the manual for the original P4T. You will find the dipswitch settings in there. You can't do it with the current settings available in the BIOS.

Also make sure that your clock generator chips are ICS, and not CYP.

Well, Andy, I plan to use 3X multiplier since my chip is CYP. Will 3X133 still work with the CYP chip?

Fish,

You won't be overclock that far with a Williamette 1.7GHz...Remember, the Williamettes don't overclock nearly as well as the Northwoods, and certainly not with stock voltage. You probably should have gone with the TH7-II for that processor...
