P4T-E and over clocking..can it make it to 150fsb?

do the P4T-E overclock easy to 150mhz fsb like the P4b-266? I've never used rambus ram before so im not sure how they o'c. Does the p4te have a memory option to run at stock speed while fsb is overclcocked? If not, what would be a faster option? a p4 1.8@145+ using ddr w/p4b-266 or a p4 1.6@133 using rambus (since the p4b-266 is cheaper i can get a faster chip)

Not likely.

The problem is, if you want to hit 150FSB on Asus P4T-E, you have to do it in jumper mode. There is no 150FSB option in jumperless mode. But if you change it to jumper mode, you cannot change Vcore. The option does not appear in the BIOS if you are in jumper mode.
1.6A needs about 0.05~0.1V of Vcore increase, most of the time.

PC800 RDRAM from Samsung is known to hit 533MHz (PC1066) pretty easily, but I'm not sure about 600MHz (if you overclock to FSB150)
If it doesn't work, you can always set your RDRAM multiplier to x3, which will make your RDRAM run at 450MHz under FSB150.

If I were you, I would go with Abit TH7II plus Samsung PC800 RDRAM. That would give you some insane overclock, while keeping PCI devices safe with its "Fix AGP/PCI Clock" option. Some i845b0-based / DDR SDRAM mainboards have this option too, like Abit BD7 (-RAID) and Epox 4BDA.

If you want to try it with Asus P4T-E anyway, here are the dip switch settings for Asus P4T-E, which doesn't appear in the manual. (AFAIK)
Settings for multiplier appears in the manual. (you don't need to change it anyway cuz P4's are multipier-locked)
