It officially supports DDR333, but it can run with DDR400 right? Just there's no official support? Is this safe to go with DDR400 or should I just get DDR333?

even on p4s533 (645DX) you can go with ddr400, it has the 3:6 ratio wich can set your cpu at 100 and your ram at 200(ddr400), i believe this board can do to

Okay were getting there...🙂

1. Would it not just take a BIOS upgrade to support DDR400 officially?

2. Again, would it not just take a BIOS upgrade to lock the agp/pci...or is this something you have to do with jumpers?

I'm sorry I don't know much about OC'ing, but I'm thinking of buying this board with an eye towards future OC'ing...so am perfectly willing to wait for BIOS upgrades to support the above 2 questions, should of course the BIOS have anything at all to do with it.

I guess a bios upgrade would add a agp/pci lock. But the new 648dx version is out , so i would wait till abit or asus to put out a new mob usin above.🙂
