what low cost video card will work on this board ? its for a server, doesnt need to be high end.

Check newegg's refurbished section for great deals with 15 day warranty. Usually just customer returns that have nothing wrong with them. Only negative is the lack of driver cd sometimes. The oem version of the ati radeon 7500 (with either sdram or ddram) is what I have been using. They have been priced at $38-42 (when available, check newegg daily) with free shipping, and all come with 64 megs of onboard memory. You can download the drivers off ati's website, or rage 3d, which also has beta drivers.
