P4S533 & GeoForce4/Windows XP???

The P4S533 seems like a popular motherboard and I might buy it soon. I posted a thread in the motherboard forum a couple of days ago and asked if the P4S533 was a good mobo. I need a mobo that will support DDR 333 and a Pentium 4. I also plan to put a GeoForce 4 Ti4400 in my mobo and use Windows XP Home as my OS. In that thread that I posted a couple of days ago, I was told that a GeoForce 4 could not be used with Windows XP on the P4S533 by some people, and told by others that it could. I don't know what to believe now. Does the P4S533 work with a GeoForce 4 and Windows XP? Also, is there a better mobo than the P4S533 that supports what I need(DDR 333, Pentium 4, GeoForce 4, Windows XP)??? Thanks for any help, I could use some clarification.

there might be some compability problems with certain brands of geforce 4s and MB, but for the most part it should work ok.

I just upgraded to this board with a Northwood 2.4B and some PC2700 and it has gone flawlessly.

...this thread reminded me to update my system rig.

edit: just realized how old this thread was, I had done a search and then forgotten while I was updating my rig
