OK, I put my 2.26/533 CPU up on Fleabay, and this Ukranian sends me an email (all sic):

Hi.
You can will ship Intel Pentium 4 on Ukraine (ZIP 61023):
1. Signal cost of shipment.
2. I can very fast translate you money on the system Wester Union.

It's from the ire.kharkov.ua domain, guess that's Ukrane? Should I even be talking to this dude? Is a P4 strategic arms, and could I get in trouble selling it to him? If I accept a Western Union money gram from him and he used a stolen CC, is that gonna come back to me?

Personally... I wouldn't bother. The risks (without ANY sort of recourse) are not worth it.
