P4PE Northbridge Question

Is there any TIM between the heatsink and chipset? My system's rock stable @ 150FSB otherwise.

I've got a P4B533-V and it came with some stuff on the NB, so I'm assuming that a P4PE would, as well.

What's TIM? I replaced the NB heatsink on my P4PE with a Thermaltake Tiger 1. The stock heatsink had a square of thermal paste and a foam "shim" around the outer edge of the heatsink.
