first off your link sucks
second a P4E on socket 478 is not a good investment for that proc something like a 6600 gt will be perfect

also what resolution do you run games and full system specs would help

It might work fine, it might not. I had the P4PE and it would not even boot with my 5800U despite beefy PSU, dedicated power connector, ect. Have spoken to another member who couldn't get a X800XT to run stable in it either. Put the cards in other boards and they run perfect. I think it is a voltage signaling issue but that is just a guess.

mostly freeze ups during games ...and sudden reboot...

they talked about all sorts of troubleshooting from bios - driver updates..to adjust psu power...but the good thing is it doesn't exactly match the mobo that i have...so i just want to be prepared when i get my ultra 6800, i will be able to troubleshoot it incase..or probably cancel the order altogether if i find that it wont really work at all...
