P4P800E Deluxe board, memory timing question

Hi, dont' knwo if i should ask it here, but anyways...

just got this board, along with GEIL DDR400 2x256mb (blue heatspreader)

i dont know the exact timing, but i believe it is cl=2.5

i want to try to change the cl rate, how can i do it from this moboard?

do u add a fan for the memory when u change the timing?

first of all, do u just set it "turbo" and ai overclock at 30%, and then leave it to asus to do the rest?
