P4P800D vs IC7

anomaly

Which did you pick and why? Also does the regular P4P800 come with "PAT (whatever asus has to call it)" or just Deluxe? On newegg only the deluxe lists "PAT"

If you are planning to overclock your new P4 above 250fsb, then the IC7 is definately the choice to get over the P4P800, but you lose more features such as Firewire, dual SATA, and gigbit LAN.

I need a new MB for my 2.4C and my Zalman 7000-cu, and I plan to overclock. Which board is better: IC7 ,IS7 or the P4P800. I'm not worried about sound or net connection because I have a SB Audigy 2 and a Intel Pro 100s net card.

The only onboard thing im going to use is sound. I have a net card. I will be using PATA. My other system components are 2.4C, Thermarlight SLK-900, 2x512mb Corsair XMS PC3500. And I will OC the max of what I can.
