P4P800 won't post

I've been running an Asus P4P800 (DX) for about a month now. I went into the BIOS this morning to activate Turbo mode and the system wouldn't post, I just got that annoying audio message telling me the system failed. This has happened before, but usually if I cut the power for 10 seconds and restart I'll regain my monitor and I can fix whatever was wrong in the BIOS. This didnt work, so I moved the CMOS jumper for 10 seconds. Nothing. Took the power cable out, removed the battery for 20 minutes, again nothing. I'm letting it sit longer right now, is this the right thing to do? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

letting it sit for a while seemed to help it post when I was having some similar problems booting up.. but mine were related to putting in my Audigy2 and having it give me all these weird errors.... give it some more time; try it a few more times.. it's really a weird motherbaord sometimes i swear

if that fails try the reset-jumper on the mobo. then all the bios-settings will be set back to factory settings
