P4P800-VM XP Install problems

I have this motherboard with XP installed but I cannot get the integrated devices working. I have replaced the drivers with the latest from the ASUS site, but the device manager still shows the code 39, unable to load driver.

I would like to make work al least the network and the sound. I will probably add a video card.

Any ideas?
