P4P800-VM Review or your inputs

I was insearch of Good 478 MB.
I already owner of infamous Dell 400SC. It came with P875 Chipset.
What I have found, I Mobo Manafactures are able to crankup the 865G all the way
to P875 Level PAT etc. Except ECC. I will be not using ECC memory. SO
it does not matter.
I am just replacing a MB, from Prescott 3.4 Gig CPU.
My brother have Lousy 8Meg ATI RAGE PCI video Card.
This will be nice upgrade for him.
All he do Capture Video from his Digital Cam and Check his Yahoo E mail
and while his Wife out; check the Porn hee eee
So what you all think. Is it a good MB ?

i have the p4p800-vm and i am putting it in an htpc build eventually. its a great little board, rock solid and good features. not much to say other than the onboard sound is weak and i've never used the onboard graphics but that doesn't sound like those are concerns.
