My system has been running stable for over a year. However, it just stopped booting last nite. After rebooting numerous times and trying different settings, i found that the system only boot when i disable the RAID controller. (I was running a RAID 1 IDE array as a data drive, and booting off a separate SATA drive). I tried reinstalling windows XP PRO but it didn't help.
Also, during the numerous reboots, 1/4 of the time the system will be stuck at the line "Checking NVRAM". I tried resetting the CMOS, but it still keep occuring. It's always fixed by powering the machine off and on though.
Any hint? Do u think it's a MB problem?
