P4P800: PC3200 vs PC3500

I am thinking about building a system using the P4P800. I read that the P4P800 OFFICIALLY supports PC3200. However, I read that many people are using PC3500.

1. Does the P4P800 PROPERLY use the PC3500?
2. Assuming NO OVERCLOCKING, same config (2 x256) is there a big performance difference between the PC3200 and the PC3500?
3. Do you need to "play" with settings in the BIOS to make the PC3500 work?

Thanks,

CCW

for you there will be no difference. If you buy Corsair memory the timings must be relaxed to run properly in all systems. Some people have no trouble and others...

PC3500 would work at 400Mhz but unless you overclock get some Kingston HyperX PC3200 and you'll have great memory at a great pricepoint.
