P4P800 Deluxe SATA question

I picked up a Raptor & I can't get it to auto detect or show up in BIOS unless I configure SATA as raid. Am I missing something?

I talked to another poster that has the same mobo I have & they weren't having any of the problems I was. I was using BIOS 1018, they had 1019. I just got home a bit ago & flashed my BIOS to 1019. Now it all looks good.
