P4P800 Blinking power LED, Suspend problem

Hi-

Does everyone's P4P800 power LED blink when in stand by? I find it very annoying since my comp is on top of my desk, and the LED on my CoolerMaster case basically lights up the whole room Blue; if it was constant, it wouldn't be so annoying.

Also, my shut down menu doesn't have a suspend option anymore. What are the proper BIOS settings for suspend to show up? I also turned off Fast User Switching, but that wouldn't be the culprit, would it?
