P4DC6+ Fan mounting question (same as P4DCE+)

Ok, I've left the fans the way they were installed on the heatsink when i bought the motherboard. Finally got my 1.8's so I'm putting everything together...but....which side do the fans go on? Towards the back of the case or the front????
