P4C800E-del. help with cpu fan jumper required.

Hi all,
First off, i've just put together a P4 with water cooling and i was wondering how i can bypass the cpu jumper so it will boot, will it allow me to boot if i just put a fan monitor cable (yellow) onto it. I know this question sounds silly and probably tomorrow morning i'll laugh at myself for now sussing it out myself, but i've smoked rather too much of the wacky backy and my brains gone down the toilet for now....

Any ideas or suggestions anyone? can i just place a jumper on the terminals to cancel them out? i'm very cautious when it comes to motherboards after blowing one up coz of a faulty wire, hence my question.. lol

Do this: Hook a 3 wire rpm sensing fan on the cpu fan connector onboad/ Boot to bios, to hardware monitor, and disable it there, save your changes, and reboot to windows. After Windows loads, Shutdown, unlpug power supply /discconect fan from cpu header, replug supply in, enjoy.....
