My P4C800-E Deluxe board with 1011 final bios us being sent back today to my retailer from a rma'd on Oct 31, 2003 as it wouldn't reboot. It was running a P4 2.4C for over a week in prommy mach2 and i was priming one day and came back to see the screen was black and monitor green light blinking. I tried clearing cmos and leaving it unplugged for a day and still wouldn't boot up.
Now, RMA status was updated by the retailer today
11/11 BEN> REPAIRED - SUPPLIER RE-FLASHED BIOS.
Now i don't know which bios they reflashed to as i was already running 1011 final bios for a few months already. If the final 1011 bios was the problem with my P4C800-E rev 1.02 not booting, does that mean i can no longer update to that bios ?? Anyone is similar position with their P4C800-E rev 1.02 motherboards ?
Just worried if the reflash doesn't fix the problem properly 😱
