P4C800-E Deluxe and RAM questions

I read the anandtech article on what are the best configs and such, but I am stumped. I should get 4 x 256 MB DDR400 that is double sided? I can't find this anywhere. Any help, newegg doesn't say if it is double sided or not? I would like to get it for cheap ( 120-140 for all 4). Does it really even matter? Is most memory double sided with dual channel now?

I just run two sticks (Corsair XMS 3200 512mb platinum) with my P4C800-e deluxe and couldn't be happier with it.

Kingston Hyper X PC3200 512mb --> 1024mb total

I run 2 sticks of 512megs and 2 sticks of 128 and never had a prob on my P4P800 Deluxe. All are 2700.
