P4C-800-E Deluxe does not recognise dual chanel memory, Please help

Hello everyone,

I have a P4C-800-E Deluxe and 2x 512 RAM , The system shows 1 Gb ram but not dual chanel.
Does any body knows how can I solve this problem?

Make sure you plug the sticks into the same color dimm slots. ie. use either both blue or black not one of each.
