P4B533V and Sound Blaster Audigy

Installing my new mb and sound card, both of which come with a Joystick/Midi connector / bracket.

Has any one seen any performance increase / decrease with one or the other? Which do you prefer or does it not matter?

I'd use the one on the motherboard, but honestly, I doubt it makes any real difference.
